Ticketvibe is a ticketing service. Our goal at Ticketvibe is to make your night of fun as easy and efficient as possible. Our Purchase Policy is designed to provide you with the information you need to ensure a smooth transaction and trouble-free retrieval of your tickets.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE Please take a minute to read the following. These Terms and Conditions are a binding contract between yourself and Ticketvibe. By marking the ‘Terms and Conditions’ agreement and by completing your transaction, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of purchase.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellation of your order is not permitted. There are NO REFUNDS, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Ticketvibe’s control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, extended waits in lines, family emergencies, and medical emergencies.

Service Fees and Processing Fee are non-refundable.

Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event(s) you wish to attend.

At the time of your order, Ticketvibe will place an order for your ticket(s) in the Events' venue's ticketing system, reducing the number of tickets available for the chosen event. While this allows us to provide our customers with the clear benefit of guaranteed tickets, it prevents Ticketvibe and our venue ticket partners from reselling tickets in the event that you do not attend your Event. However, your ticket(s) will only be guaranteed for up until twenty (20) minutes after the commencement of the Event.

We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event.

Promoters, Venue Owners, Venue Management, Security, and Event Staff, have the right to refuse entry to any ticketholder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with the rules of the venue, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security, and other restrictions.

Ticketholder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice, which are not grounds for a refund. Ticketholder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by Ticketvibe and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, drink tickets, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests, etc. Ticketholder understands that Ticketvibe is a ticketing processor and is thereby not guaranteeing or otherwise agreeing that the event presenter will act as advertised or promised.

If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket, if the event’s presiding entity returns to us the value of your ticket; service fees and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

WILL-CALL Will-Call tickets must be picked up only on the day of the event at the venue, unless otherwise noted. Tickets left at will-call will not be refunded. Will call start and end times are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, a valid Government Issued picture ID, and your “e-ticket” receipt, in order to obtain your ticket(s) from will-call. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the aforementioned items in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a refund for this purchase. All will-call tickets must be picked up at the same time. Not being able to pick up your tickets from will-call is not grounds for a refund.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY Ticketvibe sells tickets on behalf of our venue partners. Ticketvibe does not set ticket prices, determine show times, or control ticket availability and inventory.

COLLECTIONS & LEGAL ACTION AGAINT DEBT(S) Once you make a purchase on our website or an Affiliate’s website, if those funds are removed from our account and given back to you, you owe us that money back, plus applicable fees that will be outlined below. If you owe money to Ticketvibe or its Affiliates (including but not limited to: California Nightlife, Our Nightlife, San Diego Nightlife, Orange County Nightlife, San Francisco Nightlife, Vegas Nightlife, Atlanta Nightlife, Ft. Lauderdale Nightlife, Miami Nightlife, New York Nightlife, Boston Nightlife, London Nightlife, LA Club Crawl, San Diego Club Crawl), we reserve the right to take Legal action against you and/or send you to Collections for the recovery of said debt. If you are in debt to us, we reserve the right to send you to Collections or take Legal action immediately, regardless of the age of the account, or presence or lack of notification attempts. If we take Legal action against you or send you to Collections, you are fiscally responsible for any and all Legal costs and fees, directly associated and/or indirectly associated, with recovering the debt owed to us by you. If we take Legal action against you or send you to Collections, you will be charged an additional $100 fee that is due payable immediately. Further, if you have charged-back your credit card and we incur a fee from that, you are fiscally liable for any and all fees that we have incurred as the result of your chargeback action, of a minimum of $25 per chargeback and up: this chargeback fee is due payable to us immediately. Furthermore, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee per chargeback appeal that had to be written and filed as the result of your chargeback: this administrative chargeback fee is due payable to us immediately. Additionally, any debt to Ticketvibe or its Affiliates, including the aforementioned fees, will be charged a minimum of a 25% interest on the debt until paid in full; we reserve the right to charge this interest as a onetime interest or as a compounding interest that escalates with the age of the account. Our Collection’s agencies reserve the right to negatively affect your personal credit score until your debt to us is paid. Once an account has been placed by us in Collections, the only way to get yourself out of Collections is to pay the debt owed by you to the Collections agency.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY Ticketvibe is not affiliated with the events or event sponsors and Ticketvibe will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through Ticketvibe, you hereby release and forever discharge Ticketvibe, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Ticketvibe of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.

SUPPORT If you encounter a problem at the event, you must file a complaint with Ticketvibe within 5 business days following the date the event is scheduled to take place; failure to request a refund during such 5 day period will be a complete waiver of your right to request a refund.
